1. Soğan doğranarak pestil hariç malzemeler karıştırılır. Ekşi pestil sıcak su ile eritilerek kıymanın içine eklenir.
2. Hazırlanan iç yapraklara doldurularak sarılır. Bu dolmanın özelliği normal dolmanın aksine daha büyük sarılmasıdır.
3. Sardığımız dolmaları, altına yaprak sarılmış tenceyere koyarak kısık ateşte pişiriyoruz.
